摘要
大曲率A335 P9 U型管是连续重整装置四合一加热炉辐射段管系核心部件,往往通过中频感应热弯成形。通过三辊滚弯机研究大曲率U型管的冷弯制造技术,成形后U型管壁厚最大减薄率为3.4%,椭圆度为2.16%。对比研究冷弯及退火后两种状态下U型管的常温拉伸性能、硬度值、金相组织。结果表明,U型管冷弯与退火后性能无明显差异。
A335 P9 U-type pipe with large curvature is the core component of radiation section pipe system for the one in four furnace of continuous reforming unit, which is frequently formed by intermediate frequency induction heating. The cold bending manufacturing technology of U-type pipe with large curvature was studied using three roll bending machine. After forming, the maximum thinning rate of U-type pipe is 3.4% and its ovality is 2.16%. Tensile properties, hardness and microstructure of U-type tube were contrasted and studied under cold bending and annealing conditions. The results show that performances of U-type tube after cold bending and annealing have no significant differences.
