摘要
摩擦螺柱焊是摩擦焊技术的一种。国外试验研究表明,该技术在水下环境可以获得较好的连接质量,因而在水下牺牲阳极等非重要钢结构物的连接方面具有巨大的应用潜力。本文在对空气中和水下两种环境下焊接试验对比的基础上,对摩擦螺柱焊水下焊接工艺进行了初步研究。结果表明,在水下焊接时其热影响区小,采用高转速匹配高进给速度的焊接工艺,不仅更易获得优质的焊接接头,还可以提高焊接效率。
Friction stud welding is one of the friction welding technologies, and the foreign experimental research illustrates that the technology can achieve good bonding properties under the condition of underwater environment, so it occupies great potentials in the underwater connectivity of sacrificial anodes and other non-important steel structures. Based on the comparison of welding tests in air and underwater, the underwater welding process of friction stud welding was studied preliminarily. The results show that the smaller heat affected zone could be gotten in underwater welding, the high-quality welded joints can be gotten and the welding efficiency improves by using the welding process of high rotate speed matching high feed rate.
