摘要 针对AP1000核电厂正常余热排出泵带堆焊层管嘴与Type 304L奥氏体不锈钢管道安装焊接过程中产生裂纹,对裂纹产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了改进焊接材料及优化焊接工艺等措施,防止了裂纹的产生。 The welding crack was found using GTAW welding between Type 304 L stainless steel and pump nozzle with nickel based alloy surfacing layer of AP1000 normal residual heat removal system. The reasons for the appearance of welding cracks were analyzed. Some protection such as change welding material and optimizing welding technique was proposed to prevent the occurrence of crack.
