基于循证医学的颈动脉内膜切除术的术式选择与评价 被引量：5

摘要 颈动脉内膜切除术（CEA）已经有60多年的历史,仍然被公认为是治疗颈动脉硬化狭窄预防脑卒中的“金标准”[1].在60多年的发展中,CEA演变出了4种不同的术式,每种术式各有优缺点.而目前,国内大部分中心仍然使用已经在国际上不常使用的原位切开连续缝合的方式.
