Dzari Township is situated at the southwest area of Lhozhag County. At an average .[,320 meters above sea- level, this is the highest township in this county with a serenely natural environment. The township consists of six administrative villages, 26 village teams and 57 natural villages. With a total of 1,243 households, the population in this township is 4,855 people. There are one primary school and four teaching centers （only for students below Grade Three）. Among 405 students in total, 251 students are studying in primaryschool, with another 117 students in teaching centers and 37 students in kindergarten. Teachers working at the primary school and teaching centers are respectively 19 and 12 persons. Along with the accelerated development of education in Lhozhag County, bilingual education has already become rather popular in kindergarten education, and its coverage rate is gradually increasing. Enrollment rates of students for primary and junior middle school have been consolidated and finally reached 100 percent.
