Research Progress in Treatment of Endothelial Microparticles as the Target for Endothelial Dysfunction

内皮细胞微粒是内皮细胞在活化或凋亡时释放的一种直径约0.1～1 μm的微粒.目前的研究证实内皮细胞微粒是内皮功能障碍的一种关键标志,早期改善内皮细胞功能是防治内皮功能障碍的关键途径,本文就针对以内皮细胞微粒为治疗靶点的国内外研究现状做一概述.

Endothelial microparticles （EMP） are particles with a diameter ranged from 0. 1 to 1 μm released by the apoptosis or death of activated of endothelial ceils. The current studies have proved that EMP is a key marker of endothe- lial dysfunction. Early improvement of the function integrity of the endothelial cells is a key approach for the prevention and treatment of endothelial dysfunction. This study reviewed the related literatures on EMP as a treatment target.
