摘要
下尿路症状是老年人常见症状而且为多病因所致1。对于男性而言，尽管反复阐述了有关症状的定义，但无论何种病因2，仍将各类下尿路症状归结于良性前列腺增生3。近期发表的有关男性下尿路症状诊治的指南和综述将治疗下尿路症状的药物根据疗效分类为4大类。
