Automated alerts for acute kidney injury warrant caution
摘要
SimonSawhney认为任何有利于发现急性肾损伤的措施都是值得欢迎的，但是急性肾损伤的诊断标准仍旧模糊，解释测试结果时需要非常谨慎。作为一名接受肾内科专业培训并研究急性肾损伤（AKI）的医生，我在完成专业培训的同时经历了AKI的诊断模式不断转变。
