宣肺解毒颗粒对变应性鼻炎血清微量元素及IgE和ECP的影响

The influence of Xuanfeijiedu granules on trace elements,IgE,ECP of allergic rhinitis

目的:探讨宣肺解毒颗粒对变应性鼻炎血清微量元素及免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)的影响。方法:将110例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各55例,对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组采用宣肺解毒颗粒治疗,观察两组疗效以及血清微量元素和IgE、ECP水平。结果:观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为92.7%和96.4%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前血清锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)及IgE、ECP比较,组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的血清Zn显著升高,Cu、Mn、IgE、ECP显著降低,并且观察组变化幅度更大,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺解毒颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎能够显著改善患者的血清微量元素及IgE、ECP水平,改善疾病状态,促进患者康复。

Objective：To study the influence of Xuanfeijiedu granules on trace elements,immunoglobulin E（IgE）,eosinophil cationic protein（ECP）of allergic rhinitis.Method：One hundred and ten cases of allergic rhinitis ere randomly divided into two groups,55 cases of the observation group were treated with budesonide,55 cases of the control group were treated with Xuanfeijiedu granules,the treatment efficacy and serum trace elements,IgE,ECP level were observed.Result：The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 92.7% and96.4%,there was no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.Before treatment,the serum zinc（Zn）,copper（Cu）,manganese（Mn）and IgE,ECP levels of two groups were compared,there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the serum Zn level was significantly increased,the serum Cu,Mn,IgE,ECP levels were significantly reduced,and the observation group changed more significantly,there were significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xuanfeijiedu granules in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can significantly improve the patient′s serum trace elements and IgE,ECP levels,improve the state of patient′s disease,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
