摘要
1病例报告患者,男,47岁,因左眼部及鼻背部复合外伤伴左侧面部麻木不适1d于2014年7月17日入院。患者被玻璃杯砸伤左侧眶下及鼻背部,眼部未见明显异常,曾于当地医院行双侧眼眶、头颅及鼻窦CT,提示：左侧眼眶下壁骨折并左侧上颌窦积血。患者受伤后自觉左侧面颊部皮肤麻木感伴左侧间断性鼻塞。用探针刺激患者眶下孔至口裂以上皮肤,先右后左,患者自觉右侧无麻木感,
Patients of infraorbital nerve injury often appear in the thesensory abnormalities of corresponding position,such as numbness or pain.We present a case with numbness of the left cheek because of the injury.The patient were treated by endoscopic assisted on the left infraorbital nerve decompression through the approach of the canine fossa.The symptom shows improvement after the operation.The patient feels numbness significantly ease on 4months after the operation.
