摘要
咽喉反流病是耳鼻咽喉科的常见疾病,是引起多种喉和嗓音问题的关键,然而目前对于本病的认识仍然较少,仍然缺乏各科公认的诊断和治疗规范。本文将对咽喉反流病的流行病学,损伤机理,临床表现和诊断方法作以概述。
Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease has a high prevalence rate in patients of Otolaryngoloical department, and can cause a lot of throat and voice problems. However, clinical doctors are still lack of clear understanding of the disease. Still, there is no recognized standards for the diagnosis and treatment. This article will summarize the epidemiology, injury mechanism, clinical manifestation, and diagnositic method of Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease.
