肾混合性上皮和间质肿瘤1例报道 被引量：2

摘要 肾混合性上皮和间质肿瘤（mixed epithelial and stromal tumor of the kidney,MESTK）是罕见的肾肿瘤,曾称为成人中胚层细胞肾瘤[1]或肾盂囊性错构瘤等.1998年Michal等[2]首次以肾良性混合性上皮间质肿瘤命名.1 临床资料患者女性,43岁.体检发现左肾占位入院.查体：左肾区隆起,压痛和叩击痛（＋）;双侧输尿管行径区无隆起及压痛,膀胱区无异常,尿道口无脓性分泌物.腹部CT示左肾占位性病变,考虑多房囊性肾瘤,不排除成人型肾母细胞瘤.行左肾肿瘤单纯切除术.
