FISH检测尿路上皮癌漏诊分析 被引量:1

摘要 FISH检测是尿路上皮癌诊断的一种辅助手段,但尚需完善,还不能作为肿瘤确诊的依据,本文通过2例漏诊病例,探讨其诊断价值.1 材料与方法1.1 材料2013-01-2013-06期间经我院收治的尿路疾病患者中,有10例行FISH技术检测,但其中2例结果为阴性,与组织活检结果不符.患者以反复肉眼血尿并腰痛之主诉入院.逆行输尿管肾盂造影提示输尿管中段充盈缺损,考虑占位性病变.脱落细胞学检查提示见可疑肿瘤细胞,但尿FISH结果阴性.家属要求行手术探查,遂行输尿管探查术.术中冷冻病理提示泌尿上皮癌.遂行输尿管癌根治术.病理诊断:低级别乳头状尿路上皮癌.
