胰腺浆液性微囊性腺瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女性,60岁.外伤后CT检查发现胰尾部占位性病变.之前患者无任何不适.辅助检查：血、尿淀粉酶,肝与肾功能,血糖及血清肿瘤指标CAl99、CAl25、CEA、TAM和AFP均正常.B超检查示胰尾部边界较清的囊实性病灶,呈蜂窝状样回声,囊壁或分隔处可测及点线状彩色血流及动脉血流信号,RI：0.62.CT示胰尾部局限性肿块,边界清楚,含多个低密度小囊,囊腔大小不等,增强后肿块内间隔呈轻～中度强化图像（图1）.临床诊断：胰腺良性肿瘤,行胰体尾部肿瘤切除术.
