摘要 梗阻性黄疸是临床常见病和多发病,严重时可因胆汁酸淤积入血而造成多脏器功能障碍.法尼酯衍生物X受体(farnesoid X receptor,F X R)是胆汁酸的核受体,在胆汁酸代谢中起到重要作用.近年来研究证明,F X R还参与梗阻性黄疸时对机体功能和病理损伤的调节.本文综述FXR在梗阻性黄疸中的作用和分子机制的最新研究进展,以期为梗阻性黄疸的治疗探索新的方法和途径. Obstructive jaundice is a common and frequently occurring disease,which can result in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in serious conditions due to the abnormal accumulation of bile acids in blood.Farnesoid X receptor(FXR),a nuclear receptor for bile acid,plays a significant role in bile acid metabolism.Recent research demonstrates that FXR also participates in the regulation of the pathological and physiological processes during obstructive jaundice.In this article,we review the latest research about the role and molecular mechanism of FXR in obstructive jaundice,in order to explore new methods and strategies for curing the disease.
