摘要 肠促胰素是由肠上皮内分泌细胞分泌的一类肠源性激素.已有大量研究去探索肠促胰素分泌的分子机制,包括葡萄糖、脂质、蛋白质等营养素对肠道内分泌细胞的促分泌作用.本文将对影响肠促胰素分泌的相关感应信号通路研究进展作一综述. Incretin is a kind of intestinal hormone secreted by the enteroendocrine cells in the intestinal epithelium.There has been plenty of research to explore the molecular mechanisms of incretin hormone secretion,including secretionpromoting factors such as glucose,lipid,protein and other nutrients in enteroendocrine cells.This review aims to discuss the signal pathways related to incretin hormone secretion.
