乳腺癌骨髓微转移检测的方法学研究进展
摘要
乳腺癌患者肿瘤的大小、腋窝淋巴结状态、肿瘤分子分型、是否有远处转移等指标对患者群体的生存评价具有重要意义,然而对个体患者的预后判断准确性相对有限。研究发现骨髓微转移检测能够更精确预测患者预后,且能较早发现患者远处转移。本文对微转移的发展史及目前运用较多的方法进行阐述。
