多发性骨髓瘤继发第二肿瘤2例及文献复习

Second primary malignancy in patient with multiple myeloma: a report of two cases and the review of literature

目的 :本文通过报道2例多发性骨髓瘤(multipile myeloma,MM)继发第二肿瘤病例,并结合相关文献进行复习,旨在提高对MM继发第二肿瘤的认识。方法 :回顾性分析1例MM继发膀胱癌以及1例继发神经内分泌癌的MM患者的临床特征、治疗及预后,并进行相关文献的复习。结果 :MM继发第二肿瘤的发病率低,其中继发膀胱癌和神经内分泌癌均较罕见。结论 :MM继发第二肿瘤的发病机制及其预后均不明确,仍有待进一步研究。

Objective： To report 2 cases of multiple myeloma（MM） with secondary malignancy and do a literature review to improve the understanding of secondary malignancy of MM.Methods： The clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of 2 cases of MM patients with secondary malignancy were retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed.Results： The incidence rate of second primary malignancy of MM was low, and the secondary bladder cancer and the neuroendocrine carcinoma were rare.Conclusion： The pathogenesis of second primary malignancy of MM patients and the prognosis are not clear, which needs further research.
