皖北地区县城空间拓展合理性评价研究——以利辛县为例

Rationality Evaluation Research of County Town Spatial Development in Northern Area of Anhui:A Case Study of Lixin

县城在大中小城市和小城镇协调发展中起到重要作用。文章以可持续的城市空间内涵为基础,结合皖北地区县城空间拓展实际,借鉴已有研究成果,构建可操作性的县城空间拓展合理性评价体系。同时,以利辛县县城为实证,综合评价利辛县县城空间拓展的合理性。文章认为,在欠发达地区皖北、工业化和城镇化刚起步的利辛县城,在外界对县城空间拓展干扰较小的情况下,空间拓展总体基本合理,但空间拓展的经济效益、社会效益并不合理。

The counties play an important role in the coordinated development of big and medium cities and small towns.The article builds the space extend rationality evaluation system of county of operability based on the connotation of the sustainable urban space, combining the reality of the north of Anhui county space to expand and draw lessons from existing research results. It comprehensively evaluated the rationality of Lixin county town spatial development. The article argues that industrialization and urbanization has just started in the less developed areas in the north of Anhui, where the county space development is basically reasonable under the external condition of less interference, but economic benefits and social benefits of the space expand is not reasonable.
