Laurence-Moon-Bardet-Biedl综合征一例

I病例介绍
患者男，22岁。于2014年3月12日就诊于四川大学华西医院眼科。患者自述自幼夜盲伴视力低下。视力检查：右眼视力0．01，左眼视力0．01，双眼矫正视力不能提高。眼科检查：双眼外眼正常，结膜无充血，角膜透明，前房清亮，双侧瞳孔等大等圆，对光反射正常，晶状体正常；
