基于强直性脊柱炎骨化相关信号通路探讨其炎症与骨化的关系 被引量:8

摘要 AS是一种慢性炎性关节病(chronic inflammatory joint disease),病理性新骨形成是其标志性病理特征。 AS发病率在炎性关节炎中占第二位,由于其好发于中青年男性,具有较高的致残率、致畸率,给家庭及社会带来沉重负担,目前已成为国内外人口与健康研究领域的重点。典型的AS病理变化从最初的炎症阶段进展到关节强直阶段,最终发生关节融合[1]。关于炎症如何发展到新骨形成尚不清楚,基于对各种AS动物模型和临床的深入研究,对于炎症与新骨形成的关系有了一些新的认识。但由于AS炎症与新骨形成的具体分子机制还不清楚,炎症与新骨形成的关系仍然存在争议。目前对于AS炎症与骨化的关系有3种不同观点:①炎症引发新骨形成;②炎症促进骨吸收从而抑制骨形成;③炎症与骨化在一定程度上是两个独立的过程,没有直接联系。本研究基于AS骨化相关信号通路探讨其炎症与骨化的关系,以期为今后AS发病机制的研究提供参考。
