摘要
卵巢功能早衰是一种以卵巢功能提前衰退为主要特征的女性生殖系统疾病。建立一种理想可靠的卵巢功能早衰动物模型对治疗卵巢功能早衰药物的开发以及机制研究有着重要的临床意义。利用免疫、基因缺失、环境、激素合成酶缺失、药物、促性腺激素和应激等因素可成功制备卵巢功能早衰动物模型。虽然各种因素造模的优缺点不同,但均可将动情周期、性激素水平、卵巢的结构功能和生育力等作为卵巢功能早衰模型成功与否的评价指标,为成功建立卵巢功能早衰动物模型提供参考。
Premature ovarian failure (POF~) is a disease within the female reproductive system, characterized by advanced ovarian function decline. To establish ideal and reliable animal models of POF is of great significance for the research on its system and drug development. Animal models of POF can be successfully established that involve immunity, gene deletion, and the lack of hormone synthesis, en- vironment, drugs, gonadotropin and stress. Despite the difference in the advantages and disadvantages of each model, the estrous cycle, sex hormone levels, and the structure function of ovary and fertility can serve as evaluation indexes of animal models of POF. This review is intended to offer some refer- ence for the establishment of models of POF.
