纳米二氧化钛对小鼠生殖毒性的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 研究发现,纳米二氧化钛可引起氧化应激和炎症反应,对生殖系统也有一定的损伤作用。纳米二氧化钛对小鼠生殖毒性作用主要包括干扰并抑制精子和卵子增殖、扰乱激素平衡、损伤生殖器官和危害子代的生长发育等。已知的毒性作用机制有因精子的损伤、基因表达的改变和性激素的失衡等导致雄性小鼠繁殖力下降;因血液生化参数的改变、性激素的失衡和细胞因子表达的改变等导致雌性小鼠繁殖力下降。本文就纳米二氧化钛对小鼠生殖毒性的最新研究进展进行综述。 Studies show that nano titanium dioxide can cause oxidative stress, inflammation and damage to the reproductive systems. Reproductive toxicity in mice caused by nano-TiO2 mainly involves interfering and inhibiting the proliferation of sperm and ova, disrupting the hormonal balance, damaging reproductive organs and harming the growth of offspring. The toxicity mechanisms which have been uncovered are that sperm damage, changes of gene expression and the imbalance of sex hormones can result in a decline in the fertility of male mice while the change of blood biochemical parameters, imbalance of sex hormones, and changes of cytokine expression can result in a decline in the fertility of female mice. In this paper, the recent advances in reproductive toxicity in mice caused by nano-TiO2 are reviewed.
