戴用固定矫治器患者尿镍含量的变化研究

Changes of urinary nickel contents of adolescents with orthodontic fixed appliances

目的 定量评估正畸治疗初期固定矫治器对青少年患者尿镍含量的影响,并进一步探讨其动态变化规律,观察其含量是否在正常范围内,从而判断其对人体健康是否有影响.方法 分别在治疗前（T0）和固定矫治器戴用1个月、3个月、6个月（T1、T2、T3）共4个时间段收集正畸治疗且年龄在10 ～ 14岁的31例患者（男15例,女16例）的尿样,编号后密封、低温保存.采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定尿样中镍元素的含量.结果 固定正畸矫治器可影响青少年患者的尿镍含量,且与矫治器戴用时间和性别相关.与T0期相比,T1、T2和T3期的尿镍含量显著增加（P＜0.01）.男性平均尿镍浓度高于女性,但二者的平均动态变化曲线基本一致.结论 正畸治疗初期固定矫治器可显著影响青少年患者的尿镍含量,且与采样时间的长短和性别相关.

Objective 1. To quantitatively evaluate the influence of fixed orthodontic appliances on the adolescent patients＇urinary nickel contents in the early stage of treatment. 2. To summarize the dynamic metabolic regularity of systemic nickel and to find out whether it is within the normal limits so as to judge whether it harms human health. Methods The subjects consisted of 31 patients （15 boys and 16 girls） with fixed orthodontic appliances ranging from 10 - 14 years old. Urinary samples were collected before the treatment （T0） and 1 month （T1）,3 months （T2）,6 months （T3） during the treatment. The samples were numbered and sealed in low - temperature freezers. Urinal nickel contents were measured hygraphite furnaceatomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results As- sociated with wearing time and genders ,adolescents＇urinary nickel contents were significantly affected by fixed orthodontic appliances. Urinary nickel contents of T1 ,T2 and T3 were significantly higher than that of TO （P 〈 0.01 ）. Though boys＇ mean urinal nickel concen- tration was higher than girls, the mean curve depicted of boys and girls shared a similar dynamic changing trend. Conclusions The u- rinary nickel contents of adolescents can be significantly affected by fixed orthodontic appliances, which are associated withsampling time and genders.
