People analyzed that art sports is the trend of the development of sports in the future by literature da- ta , teaching research and other methods. Art sports has important values to weaken corruption in sports caused by alienation of competitive sports and to promote human aesthetic emotion and moral health. While art sports pursues the professional development of people it pays attention to the comprehensive and harmonious development of peo- ple. Art sports achieve its aim of inspiring morality by beauty through the way of ＂body beauty blend＂. In the process of developing people＇ s athletic and aesthetic emotion, people promote their morality and ability and the comprehensive development of ＂moral, intelligence, body and art.
