摘要
良好的心理素质是当代大学生综合素质的组成部分,是他们健康成长的重要基础。大学生的心理健康问题越来越受到社会各界的关注,本文首先分析当代大学生的心理现状,并寻求加强大学生心理健康教育的具体措施,帮助大学生培养健康的心理状况,促进其健康发展。
Psychological quality is part of the overall quality of Contemporary College Students. The problems of current situation of college students psychological health is getting more attention from experts. In this article, the author analyzes the psy - chological problems that most college students faced, and proposes some effective methods to improve the psychological quality of college students.
