New advance in the research of plant phosphoproteome

摘要 首先阐述了植物细胞蛋白质磷酸化的作用机制,并从植物磷酸化蛋白质的分离与鉴定技术、植物磷酸化蛋白质数据库及植物蛋白质磷酸化位点的预测工具,对植物磷酸化蛋白质组的研究进展进行综述.最后分析了植物磷酸化蛋白质组研究中亟需关注的3个问题,即磷酸化蛋白质的分离与鉴定技术的提升、位点预测工具的完善及蛋白质功能的分析. The functions of protein phosphorylation were discussed firstly. Then,the advances in the research of plant phosphoproteome were reviewed,including the methods of phosphoproteins extraction and identification,the databases of protein phosphorylated sites and the predictors of protein phosphorylation sites. Finally,the new research areas in plant phosphoproteome were put forward,including the improvement of the technology of phophosprotein extraction and identification,the enhancement of the performance of predictors on phophorylation sites,and the analysis of the function of phosphorylated protein.
