摘要
目的研究低氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-l,HIF-1α)、上皮转化因子Twist、多耐药基因(multi-drug resistance,MDR1)在人宫颈癌组织中的表达,探讨HIF-1α、Twist及MDR1与宫颈癌浸润、转移和耐药中的关系.方法免疫组化法检测中、晚期宫颈癌组织微阵列芯片78例组织标本中HIF-1α、Twist及MDR1表达,探讨其与宫颈癌临床病理特征的关系及它们之间的相关性.结果 78例宫颈癌组织中HIF-1α、Twist及MDR1阳性表达率分别为69.2%、71.8%和85.6%,随着FIGO分期的变晚、淋巴转移的出现、分化程度的降低,HIF-1α、Twist及MDR1的表达均逐渐增高,3者间表达呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 HIF-1α与宫颈癌的浸润、转移、耐药有关,它可能是通过上调Twist、MDR1表达发挥作用的.
Objective To explore the relationship of HIF-1α, Twist and MDR1 with the invasion, metastasis and drug resistance of cervical cancer by detecting their expressions in cervical cancer tissues. Methods The expressions of HIF-1α, Twist and MDR1 in middle and advanced stage cervical cancer tissue microarray chip which contains 78 cases were determined by immunohistochemistry method and their relationships with clinical pathological characteristics and the correlation among them were studied. Results The positive expression rates of HIF-1α, twist and MDR1 in 78 cases of cervical cancer tissue were 69.2%, 71.8% and 85.6%, the expression rates of HIF-1α, Twist, MDR1 gene were gradually increased with lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation degree reducing and FIGO clinical stage advanced. Conclusion HIF-1α is significantly correlated to the metastasis, progress and drug resistance of cervical cancer, which might happen by upregnlating the expressions of Twist and MDR1.
