摘要
在冶炼Cr12N铁素体不锈钢时,发现有气泡产生。用TCH-600氧氮氢联测仪检测出的氮含量不能代表铸锭中氮的实际含量,建立了铸锭中氮的实际含量计算模型。凝固压力越大,铸锭中产生的气泡数量越少,模型计算值与TCH-600氧氮氢联测仪的检测值越接近。当凝固压力为1.8 MPa时,铸锭中的气泡将被完全抑制。
Some bubbles were found when smelting Cr12 N stainless steel. The nitrogen content detection by TCH-600 oxygen nitrogen hydrogen measurement instrument can not represent the actual nitrogen content in the ingot, a calculation model of nitrogen actual content in the ingot was established. The greater of solidification pressure, the less of bubble amount, the closer of detection of nitrogen content by TCH-600 oxygen nitrogen hydrogen measurement instrument with the calculation model. When the solidification pressure is 1.8 MPa, the bubbles in the ingot will be completely suppressed.
