摘要
利用金属型铸造制备了不同Gd含量的AZ31镁合金试样,借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、力学性能测试等方法,研究了不同Gd含量对AZ31镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着Gd含量的增加,晶粒的尺寸大小逐渐减小。当Gd含量为1.5%时,晶粒细化效果最好,抗拉强度和伸长率最高,布氏硬度最大。
The AZ31 magnesium alloy with different contents of Gd were prepared by metal mold casting method, and the influence of Gd content on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy were studied using optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and mechanical property testing machine. The results show that the grain size of AZ31 magnesium alloy decreases with the Ga content increase. When the Ga content is 1.5%, the grain refining effect is best, the strength and elongation is the highest, and the brinell hardness is the largest.
