船舶机械用10CrNi3MoV合金热成形过程中的力学性能分析

摘要 研究了热成形前后船舶机械用10Cr Ni3Mo V合金的显微组织和力学性能变化。结果表明,经热成形后的10Cr Ni3Mo V合金的微观组织从外到里呈渐次变化,导致其材料的强度和硬度沿厚度方向从外到里依次增加,伸长率依次降低,结构的峰值力降低,抗冲击性能有了很大提高。10Cr Ni3Mo V合金经热成形后非常适于在船舶机械上使用。 The microstructures and mechanical properties changes of the alloy 10 Cr Ni3Mo V used in ships machinery before and after hot forming were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of the alloy 10 Cr Ni3Mo V after hot forming changes gradually from the outside to the inside, that leads to the increase of the strength and hardness along the thickness direction from outside to inside, but the decrease of the ductility and the peak force of structure, and the great increase of the impact resistance. Thus the alloy 10 Cr Ni3Mo V after hot forming is very suitable for ships machinery.
