摘要
在凝固过程中对45钢钢液施加机械振动,研究振动参数对钢液凝固组织的影响。结果表明:随着振动频率的增加,铸锭凝固组织的改善程度呈递增趋势,细化率和等轴晶比率都随着振动频率的增加而增加;改变振幅大小,铸锭的等轴晶率与振幅并非呈现出线性递增或递减的关系,铸锭的等轴晶率随着振幅的增加呈现出先减小后增加的趋势;改变振动时间,铸锭的等轴晶率和晶粒细化程度随着振动时间的增加而降低。并分析了产生上述结果的机理。
The vertical mechanical vibration was applied to the molten 45 steel in the process of solidification, and the effect of vibration parameters on solidification stru cture of molten steel was observed. The results show that, with the increase of vibration frequency, the improvement degree of ingot solidification structure presents an increasing trend,refining rate and equiaxial crystal ratio increases. When changing amplitude, the relationship between equiaxial crystal ratio and amplitude is not presents linear increasing or decreasing. However, the equiaxial crystal rate of ingot presents a trend of first decreases and then increases with the increase of amplitude. When changing the vibration time, the equiaxial crystal rate and grain refining degree of ingot decreases with the increase of vibration time. At the same time, the produced mechanism of above results was analyzed.
