摘要
针对吉林建龙钢铁在轧制SS400S时出现热脆的问题,通过对影响LF炉深度脱硫因素的分析,控制LF炉熔渣碱度R在6.0~7.5、Ca O含量52%~57%、Al2O3含量控制在21%~25%、TFe+Mn O含量低于1.2%、减小氩气流量、出钢温度在1 680℃左右等措施,有效降低SS400钢中的硫含量,SS400钢液含硫量达到0.005%,符合生产要求,有效的减少了轧材的裂纹发生率。
Aiming to the hot brittle problem in rolling SS400 steel plate, the influence factors of deep desulfurization of LF furnace were analyzed. The results show the measures of controlling the range of slag basicity in LF furnace in 6.0 ~7.5,the content of Ca O in 52% ~57%, Al2O3 in 21%~25%, TFe+Mn O below 1.2%, at the same time, decreasing the injection volume of argon and controlling the tapping temperature in about 1 680 ℃ can effectively decrease the sulphur content in SS400 liquid steel and the sulphur content in SS400 liquid steel reach 0.005%, which can meet the requirement of production.
