摘要
以SUS304不锈钢和A5052铝合金为研究对象,通过热补偿垫片电阻点焊的方式将其连接起来。通过扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察焊接结合界面的微观组织。结果表明,焊接结合界面处有锯齿状的反应层产生,在A5052铝合金内部还出现有块状反应物。主要界面反应物为Fe2Al5和Fe Al3金属间化合物。
The microstructure of welding joint between SUS304 stainless steel and A5052 aluminum alloy were studied by SEM and TEM. The results show that there are zigzag reaction layer at the welding interface, and block reactant can be found in the A5052 aluminum alloy. The main interface reactant are intermetallic compound Fe2Al5 and Fe Al3
