基于ATmega16单片机的喷涂机械手设计

摘要 改善工作环境,提高铸造效率和自动化水平一直是高档压铸装备发展的方向。针对压铸过程模具内腔喷涂工艺,基于ATmega16单片机设计了集机械臂伸缩、吹气、喷涂、吹匀等工艺于一体的机械手Websever,大幅提高喷涂效率,有效解决漏涂、喷涂不均等问题。并且该系统通过RTL8019AS接入工业以太网,便于上位机实现对压铸机其他设备的统一管理,对于发展高档压铸整机也有一定的借鉴。 Working environment, casting efficiency and automation have been the direction of the high-grade pressure casting equipment development. For pressure casting mold cavity spraying process, one manipulator Webserver has been designed based on ATmega16 microcontroller, including manipulator controling, blowing, spraying, blowing uniform and other, it can substantially increase the efficiency of spraying, and find a way to solve leak, spraying inequality problem. By RTL8019 AS, it also can easily link to Industrial Ethernet for realizing PC control in the pressure casting machine, and has a certain significance for the development of high-grade pressure casting machine.
