摘要
简述了重型汽车用六缸气缸盖类铸铁件生产中采用一些传统工艺方法存在的不足,阐述了优化(创新)工艺设计内容中的分型面的优化、大孔进水技术、有效浇注时间等新工艺、新技术和新理论所确定的铸造工艺方案和一些重要的工艺参数,使所生产的重型汽车用六缸气缸盖获得良好的技术经济效益。
Some shortcomings in 6-cylinder cylinder head iron castings for heavy trucks in the traditional producing methods were briefly illustrated, and the new casting program and technological parameter defined by new crafts, new technology and new theory were introduced, including the optimization of mould joint surface, the technology of big-hole water ingress and effective pouring time, and so on. A good technical and economic benefits in manufacturing heavy trucks was obtained
