摘要
通过对水轮机转轮上冠的材料、结构、生产工艺技术要求等的分析,提出了采用树脂砂造型方法,并利用环形暗冒口代替分散冒口进行补缩。利用计算机仿真技术对优化后的上冠铸件工艺工装设计进行模拟分析,验证了工艺方案的合理性。
The material, structure, production technology requirements of the turbine runner crown were analyzed, and the resin sand molding method was proposed, using annular dark riser to feed instead of dispersed riser. The computer simulation technology was used to optimize the casting tooling design of the crown, and the simulation analysis was used to verify the reasonableness of technology solutions.
