自噬与脑缺血-再灌注损伤的研究进展 被引量：15

摘要 1955年,比利时科学家Christian de Duve通过透射电子显微镜观察到了自噬体结构,并在1963年的溶酶体国际会议上首先提出了细胞自噬的概念,认为自噬在脑缺血-再灌注损伤（ischemia-reperfution injury,I/R）中发挥重要作用[1-2]。然而,在I/R发生的过程中,自噬究竟是发挥保护性作用还是损害作用一直存在争议。
