摘要
目的比较4种左向右分流型肺动脉高压动物模型的制作方法,探讨有效的,可重复的,操作简单的左向右分流肺动脉高压动物模型的制作方法,为先天性心脏病和肺动脉高压研究提供模型.方法选取猪,家兔,大鼠4种动物,分别采取经房间隔缺损,经主-肺动脉吻合,经颈外动-静脉吻合、鼠经颈外动-静脉吻合的方法建立左向右分流肺动脉高压动物模型,观察吻合口通畅率,肺动脉压力变化及病理解剖变化.结果成功建立经房间隔缺损猪肺动脉高压动物模型,经主-肺动脉吻合和经颈外动-静脉吻合兔肺动脉高压动物模型,术后即刻,术后3月肺动脉压力变化有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论经房间隔缺损,经主-肺动脉吻合和经颈外动-静脉吻合的左向右分流肺动脉高压动物模型的制作方法有效,具有可重复性和操作性.
Objective To compare four methods of animal model of pulmonary hypertension induced by left- to- right shunt and to explore the simple,useful and repeatable methods. Methods The different methods for establishing animal model of pulmonary hypertension induced by left- to- right shunt were explored, for example by interatrial septum in pigs, by the fistula between aorta to pulmonary artery in rabbits, and by the fistula between external carotid artery to external jugular vein in rabbits and rats. The changes of fistula, pulmonary pressure and pathological anatomy were observed. Results The animal models of pulmonary hypertension induced by left- to- right shunt were successfully established by interatrial septum in pigs,by the fistula between aorta and pulmonary artery in rabbits and by the fistula between external carotid artery and external jugular vein in rabbits. There were significant differences in the changes of pulmonary pressure after operation. Conclusion Three methods of animal model of pulmonary hypertension induced by left- to- right shunt are simple, useful and repeatable methods, which were established by interatrial septum in pigs, the fistula between aorta and pulmonary artery in rabbits and the fistula between external carotid artery and external jugular vein in rabbits, respectively.
