联合入路单侧双钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨内侧平台骨折 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨联合入路单侧双钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨内侧平台骨折的疗效。方法自2010-06—2013-10采用膝关节联合入路内侧双钢板内固定治疗21例复杂胫骨内侧平台骨折,采用膝后内侧联合膝前外侧入路切开复位,单纯内侧双钢板内固定。结果切口均一期愈合。所有患者均获得随访6~18个月,平均10个月。骨折均获得骨性愈合,无畸形愈合,愈合时间平均12.7周。末次随访时HSS评分83~98分,平均89.1分。结论对于复杂胫骨内侧平台骨折,采用联合入路内侧双钢板内固定是一种可靠的手术方法,疗效佳,并发症少。
