超远端锁定髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨远侧干骺段骨折的临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价超远端锁定髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨远侧干骺段骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析自2008-01—2013-04采用超远端锁定髓内钉内固定治疗的胫骨远侧干骺段骨折78例,均采用闭合复位内固定。随访观察骨折愈合时间、并发症、AOFAS后足评分。结果 2例出现切口浅表感染,换药后治愈。胫骨侧方成角（3.7±2.4）°。73例骨折愈合,骨折愈合时间10～31（19.7±7.4）周,5例失访。随访满1年者（末次随访）共67例,踝关节背屈（19.6±1.6）°,AOFAS评分67～92（84.8±6.4）分;刺激性疼痛4例,2例位于胫骨远端前方,2例位于髌下。结论超远端锁定髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨远侧干骺段骨折安全、有效。
