骶髂关节疼痛的临床表现、诊断及治疗 被引量:10

摘要 骶髂关节疼痛作为下腰痛的一个病因,目前尚未被证实,其发病率在10%~60%,平均发病率为25%[1]。目前骶髂关节疼痛尚缺乏明确的定义,结合大多数参考文献,骶髂关节疼痛是指由于骶髂关节炎症、创伤、退行性改变及妊娠等因素引起的以髂后上棘区域疼痛为主的一组临床症状,包括骶髂关节功能障碍、骶髂关节综合征、骶髂关节障碍、骶髂关节炎。
