Whipple病2例报道并文献复习

摘要 Whipple病是一种可累及多系统的慢性疾病,最常见的临床表现是腹痛、腹泻、发热、肌肉酸痛、关节疼痛、体质量减轻。Whipple病临床少见,病程反复发作,病情呈进行性加重,及时诊断和治疗可使症状缓解,预后良好。 Whipple＇ s disease is a chronic disease involving multiple system, the most common clinical manifestation were abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever, muscle pain, joint pain, weight loss. Whipple＇ s disease was rare clinically, recurrent course of illness was progres- sively increased, timely diagnosis and treatment could relieve symptoms, and received good prognosis.
