心理治疗对恶性肿瘤患者心理情绪障碍的影响

Influence of psychotherapy on mental disorders in patients with malignant tumors

目的初步探讨心理治疗对于恶性肿瘤患者心理情绪障碍的影响。方法采用躯体化症状自评量表(somatic self-rating scale,SSS)分别对200例恶性肿瘤患者进行调查,将82例伴有心理情绪障碍的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各41例。对照组只行常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上对患者进行心理治疗。结果200例恶性肿瘤患者中心理情绪障碍发生率41.0%(82/200),经治疗后,治疗组与对照组比较,患者心理情绪障碍明显缓解(P<0.05)。结论心理治疗可明显改善恶性肿瘤患者的心理情绪障碍,值得临床应用。

Objective To discuss preliminarily on the psychological treatment for mental disorders in patients with malignant tumors. Methods Malignant tumor patients（ n = 200） were evaluated with somatic self-rating scale. Eighty-two cases detected with mental disorders were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 41） and control group（ n = 41）.Control group was treated with conventional therapy,while treatment group was treated with both psychotherapy and conventional therapy. Results The incidence of mental disorders in 200 malignant tumor patients was 41. 0%（ 82 /200）.After the treatment,mental disorders in treatment group were eased significantly（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions Psychological treatment can ease mental disorders in patients with malignant tumors.
