重庆市中医医疗服务项目收费及成本核算的调查研究

Investigation of the current charges and the cost of traditional Chinese medical services in Chongqing

目的 :通过对重庆市中医医疗服务项目收费现状及成本进行调查,为医疗服务价格调整和方案制定提供决策依据。方法 :采用《中医医疗服务项目价格调查表》和《重庆市增补医疗服务项目成本测算表》对9所中医临床服务机构进行价格和成本调查,以SPSS软件进行数据处理和统计分析。结果 :重庆市中医医疗项目收费价格普遍偏低,中医类手术、治疗项目收费标准大部分低于50元;50%以上的项目成本核算价是目前收费价格的2倍以上。结论 :目前重庆市中医项目数量偏少,不能满足广大患者的需求;现行中医医疗服务项目价格偏低不能调动医务人员积极性,亟需调整价格、建立科学合理的中医服务价格体系。

Objective ：To provide the decision-making basis for the adjustment and plan of medical service fee schedule,the study amied to investigate the current charges and the cost of traditional Chinese medical services in Chongqing. Methods ：Two designed questionnaires were used to complete investigation in nine hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine,and the software of SPSS was used to analyze data. Results ：The fee schedule of traditional Chinese medical services is generally low,in which the charge for most items of surgeries and treatment categories are lower than 50 yuan. The cost estimated for more than 50% of items are more than twice of the fee schedule. Conclusion ：Currently,the number of traditional Chinese medical services in Chongqing is generally low and cannot meet the needs of the majority of patients. It is urgently necessary to adjust the fee schedule and establish a scientific and reasonable price system of traditional Chinese medical services because the current low price cannot mobilize the enthusiasm of the medical staffs.
