miRNA150与心血管疾病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一种具有负性调控单个基因或基因网络功能的内源性非编码短链核糖核苷酸,主要通过结合特定靶基因互补序列来影响其的降解或翻译过程,调控细胞的发生、新陈代谢、增殖、分化、凋亡等多种生物过程[1,2].最新研究发现,多种miRNAs参与到心血管疾病的发生、发展过程,在心肌缺血、心肌肥厚、心肌组织纤维化、新血管生成、脂质代谢、心律失常和心力衰竭等一系列心血管病理过程中扮演着重要的角色,有望为预防和诊治心血管疾病指明新的目标靶点[3,4].
