摘要
目的研究磁共振双回波稳态(DESS)及T2-mapping序列在髋关节撞击综合征(FAI)关节软骨退变早期的价值。方法选取经过临床确诊的30例早期髋关节撞击综合征患者分别行FS-T2WI、DESS、T2-mapping检查。结果 DESS发现FAI软骨损伤的阳性率显著高于FS-T2WI(10/30 vs 3/30,χ2=4.812,P=0.028),T2-mapping发现FAI软骨损伤的阳性率也显著高于FS-T2WI(11/30 vs 3/30,χ2=5.963,P=0.015),DESS和T2-mapping发现FAI软骨损伤的阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.073,P=0.787)。结论 DESS序列显示髋关节软骨退变敏感度较高,T2-mapping序列成像对FAI关节软骨早期退变进行直观的定量评估,可以发现软骨早期病变,从而能为临床治疗FAI方案提供重要参考依据。
Objective To explore the value of dual - echo steady state (DESS) and T2 - mapping sequence imaging in cartilage de- generation of early - stage femoroacetabular impingement (FAI). Methods Thirty cases of patients with early - stage FAI were selected and given FS - T2 WI, DESS and T2 - mapping detections respectively. Results DESS showed significantly higher positive rate of FAI car- tilage injury than that of FS - T2WI ( 10/30 vs 3/30, χ2 = 4. 812, P = 0.028) ; T2 - mapping also showed significantly higher positive rate of FAI cartilage injury than that of FS - T2WI ( 11/30 vs 3/30, χ2 = 5. 963, P = 0. 015) ; And there were no significant differences between DESS and T2 - mapping in the positive rate of FAI cartilage injury (χ2 = 0. 073, P = 0.787). Conclusion DESS sequence has a higher sensitivity to cartilage degeneration of hip joint while T2 - mapping sequence imaging can intuitively and quantitatively evaluate cartilage de- generation of early- stage FAI,which can be used for early cartilage lesions and can provide important reference basis for clinieal treatment on FAI.
