脊髓电刺激治疗心血管疾病的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 脊髓电刺激(spinal cord stimulation,SCS)是指将SCS器的电极安放于椎管的硬膜外间隙,通过电流刺激脊髓后柱的传导束和后角感觉神经元,从而达到治疗疼痛或其它疾病目的的一种方法[1-2].SCS装置包括一个电极、一个脉冲发生器和延长导线,目前已被国外疼痛康复科广泛应用于治疗各种类型的疼痛(心绞痛、复杂区域疼痛综合征、缺血性肢体疼痛、腹痛、宫颈癌痛等)[1-10].近期研究表明,SCS可增加缺血区域血流灌注,降低心肌耗氧量,减少心绞痛发作次数和程度[1-14];改善心脏收缩功能和同步性运动功能[15-20];调节心脏自主神经再平衡,抑制心脏内在自主神经活性[21-30]等.在此,本文就SCS在缓解心绞痛症状、改善心功能、抑制心律失常等方面的应用进展做一综述.
