摘要
本文以Al2(SO4)3·18H2O和氨水为原料,采用水热法制得六角形片状的γ-Al2O3,研究了不同pH值对前驱体产物AlOOH形貌的影响,并采用XRD、SEM、TG-DSC等分析手段对所得产物的物相、形貌以及晶相转变过程进行了表征。结果表明,pH值对产物的形貌起决定性的作用,所制得的片状γ-AlOOH前驱物的粒径为50~150nm、厚度为10~20nm。将片状γ-AlOOH前驱物在600℃下焙烧4h,可得到保持原有六角形状、且尺寸基本一致的片状γ-Al2O3。
γ-Al2O3 flakes with hexagonal shape were synthesized by hydrothermal method using Al2(SO4)3·18H2O and NH4·H2O as raw materials.The effect of the pH value on the morphology ofγ-AlOOH precursor was investigated. The structure, morphology and the crystal phase transition process were characterized by XRD,SEM and TG/DSC.It was shown that the pH value plays a decisive role in morphology of the precursors.The plate-shapedγ-AlOOH has the size of 50-150 nm and the thickness of 10-20 nm.When roasted at 600℃for 4h,γ-AlOOH turns to beγ-Al2O3 with the original hexagonal shape and size.
