股骨髁间窝的形态学测量及临床意义研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress of morphology measurement and clinical significance of femoral intercondylar notch

摘要 股骨髁间窝的形态及大小与前交叉韧带损伤等膝关节疾病密切相关。本文从髁间窝的测量方法、大小、形态分型、影响因素及临床意义等方面对股骨髁间窝形态学测量的国内外研究现状进行综述,发现并讨论了目前面临的问题,为今后进一步深入研究提供借鉴。 The shape and size of femoral intercondylar notch are closely related to knee joint disease,such as anterior cruciate ligament( ACL) injury. In this article,the research progress of measuring methods,sizes,morphological classification,influence factors and clinical significance of intercondylar notch are systematically reviewed. The current problems are also analysised,which may provide reference for the further research.
